Industrial Park:  Discussed the need to plot the land. Dan Nelson is interested in putting a trucking company in and would be hiring drivers and dispatchers.   Discussed the need for putting the infrastructure in the Industrial Park and looking into possible grants for this.  Libke suggested having Les Mateffy, City Engineer, lay out 2 or 3 platting scenario’s and also check on grants and give a good estimate on what it would cost for the project.  Mayor Lauer is also checking into other financing options with Morrison County Community Development and Region 5.  The Council proceeded to draw up options for people interested in the Industrial Park.
WWTF Expansion Payments:  The payment plan was reviewed and discussed.  It was decided since it is based on 11 homes per year a more accurate one should be drawn up since it is unlikely the City will have 11 new homes this year.  Mayor Lauer will talk with Les Mateffy, City Engineer.
Verley made a motion to adjourn at 7:45 p.m., 2nd by Cekalla.  Put to a vote with all members voting aye.  Motion carried.
